You can resale tubes as the price you want but not below 1$

You can sell your products directly at $ 1 all year round but not below.
And not included them in a BMS products.
To sell below $ 1, you must follow the rule above : A SALE or PROMOTION is permitted ONCE A MONTH FOR A WEEK.

WHAT YOU CAN DO AND WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

You can resell tube in CU/PU, CU, CU Tube Pack
or CU/PU Tube Stand alone product, PU Tube

***You can INCLUDE FOR RESELL as CU/PU the tube in an elements pack CU/PU (like you make when you added a tube in a PU Kit for resell as PU
***You can add on the tube your OWN work (elements or other things from you not elements from other ©Artist) and resell it with (your own work have to be selling APART the tube in a folder in your zip file - CU/PU pack with only tubes or CU/PU pack tubes and elements - but be presenting with your own element ON the tube ON your preview only) but be carefull to not hide a part important of the tube with the element you will create to add on it.
***No limitation of PNG numbers for CU/PU pack tubes

You have to resell tube in merged and flattened format (PNG or JPEG.
You have to put the copyright © Elegance_Sheokate on your previews and remember it on your TOUs.
You have to to inform in your TOUs that the tube you are selling is intended to be added in a PU Kit or on a Tag, not to be RESOLD in any way.
You have to inform in your TOUs that a PU Kit must contain at least 50 elements and 10 papers otherwise it will be considered as an Elements CU pack and it is not tolerated.
You can sell tube in your promotions on "FreeGift with purchase"

WHAT YOU CAN NOT DO

You can’t resell the tube in its original form (in PSD Format).
You can’t resell the tube in template PSD or PSP layered format (only on merged and flattened format).
You can’t give tube in any Feebies form (except “FreeGift With Purchase”).
You can’t combine tube with other © Artists tubes in a CU Pack tubes.
You can’t share and/or put on sharing sites or social networks or groups.

WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN DO

They can put the tube in a PU Kit to sell : at least 50 elements and 10 papers otherwise it will be an Elements CU pack and it is not allowed.

WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN NOT DO

They can’t sell as CU product, or stand alone product (PU or CU).
They can’t put more than 2 tubes per kit.
They can’t combine tube with other © Artists tubes in a PU Kit.
They can’t share and/or put on sharing sites or social networks or groups.
They can’t give PU Kits with the tube inside in any Feebies form (except “FreeGift With Purchase”).

We reserved the right to change these TOU when we want.
